Filed a complaint against SCE last year, instead of referring me to a disability advocate (as advertised via email/website), cpuc decides to violate my disability rights, along with sce, failing to properly investigate, and simply took forever to respond, while referring me back to SCE, despite all of my personal/family information being sent to them (cpuc), without forwarding this personal information to SCE (since this said information is allegedly what SCE claims/alleges to have never received), cpuc decides no action is needed, and coincidentally, agrees with SCE's action of removing me from the care program, which is a low income program to help customers pay their SCE bill every month. I have provided award letters from SSI/social security, tanf letters/EBT verification ect, yet, cpuc decides this isn't sufficient and passes the buck back to SCE. Cpuc has violated the ADA by failing to reasonably accommodate myself and disabled family. My mailing address is incorrect, I've been removed illegally from a program that I qualify for, and the very company (cpuc) whom are supposed to assist customers, biasly sides with the very company that violates disabled customers, along with said very company. I have had a bill of $2900 every month, received no help/assistance, barely surviving and barely paying this high bill. I have been blocked from applying to the care program and can provide screenshots of this action (every month) of sce allegedly not being able to verify for over 1 year. Cpuc aka California public utilities commission did not assist me in a reasonable accommodating way, whatsoever.

Refused to assist me with complaint against SCE. Refused to appoint an advocate upon request. Refused to acknowledge wrongdoing and failed to thoroughly hold SCE accountable for their carelessness, discrimination, violations of the ADA regarding myself and family. Just referred my complaint to SCE whom did not answer calls, did not respond to my concerns in emails, refused to acknowledge that due to COVID-19 and errors, failed to factor in that the mailing system was flawed during these times. Refused to forward/submit personal information to SCE. Refused to acknowledge the data breach as well as my other safety concerns outlined in the original complaint. Refused to reasonably accommodate myself ect.Refused to acknowledge/forward my complaint against them (cpuc/cab).
