C.P.S review: Illegal actions 1

C.P.S got involved with my child and I on feb-17-2011 for a check on my son from an incodent that got violent from which i was arrested for the night before. That day C.P.S came i agreed to a protection plan and signed one. That ended on [protected]. On [protected] I was diagnosed with P.T.S.D so I signed over Power of Attorney rights over me and my son as well as temporary custody over my son to my mother in that. On 3-2-2011 C.P.S and My mother and I had a meeting where Amy Brandhuber the C.P.S specialist, the facilitator Tonya Lee, Myself and my mother agreed we would do in home monitoring once a month. M y son would stay with me and my parents, and the Power of attorney stay in affect. Also Amy was to do a knew protection plan to these affects. No new protection Plan was placed. No new orders or court orders. We allowed the in home visits without any paper work. We filed a complaint in April about this with the Ombudsman's citizens aide. On [protected] we received a call from a Kara from Ombudsman citizens aide and she stated Tucson C.P.S office with my case has agreed to close it ( this is documented with there office), and I would be receiving a letter confirming the closure. Three weeks after I had a phone call from the in home monitor from C.P.S's office Darlene. She spoke with my mother since my mother has rights of attorney over me and I wasnt present. Darlene stated she wouldn't becoming out any more. My mother said thats great news I was going to ask that you didn't without some final paper work that was said to be done 2 months prior. 3 hours later [protected] about 3
:00 p.m.) Amy Brandhuber (whom ive requested off my case 3 seperate occasions over conflict of interest because she had a bad case with my cousin and took her child) showed up at my house with an unknown woman and 2 officers. they refused to show my parents i.d, and they unknown woman took my child. Amy Brandhuber then handed me papers (which if i was present and served directly was suppose to get explained why my child was being removed, what the papers ment and sign) and disappeared. This was all Illegal and my complaints need to be heard and reviewed and my son returned to my parents home.
