I recently uncovered a scammer network that is upstarting trying to steal publishers from another cpa company. I did some investigation, and it turns out they simply use HASOFFERS, a US based ad distributor. David Kosiba AKA Worldismine is the scammer pretending to just work for the network. I signed up as a publisher and they paid me my first payment of $150, the next payment of $900 was rejected they said their advertiser pocketed it. After that, I gave them another shot with ultra-whitehat traffic. Guess what? Flagged and taken. This network is extremely hit or miss. It's also very unprofessionally ran. No offices, all satellite and remote locationing. It probably cost these guys $300 to start up their network it's based on nothing. Not professional at all, guys all seem uneducated and scummy.
As far as I know, it is run byDavid K.and James Wallace, AKA some guy named Worldismine as he goes by with his internet alias.
This network is 100% scam...they arent annonyomous and they are ran by small-time internet peons. It's a joke...don't reccomend them at all
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

LoL @ this story. Holds no merit. Someone is basically trying to ruin their rep. CPA Infinity is a great network, period.

"they aren't anonymous". Why would be be anonymous? We require tax information from every single affiliate we have before we pay out a dime. It's to protect us, as well as the affiliates and just makes it an all-over easier process when tax time comes around.
Networks that are 100% anonymous would scream "scam". If you don't need to submit any real information or tax documentation to receive a payment wouldn't that seem a bit shady / scammy to you? To me and a few other's I know it would scream "scam".
We require either a W-9 or W-8BEN filled out, signed, dated, and scanned back to us before we pay out a single penny, as most other CPA networks do.
Also, who is "James Wallace"?
Where exactly did you pull that name from?
One of my AM's is, Jason Knight AKA "Dizz" or formerly known as "DizzSpaceTeam" on the internet forum "BlackHatWorld"
Another one of my AM's Jon Briton, those are the only two Affiliate Manager's that even start with a 'J'.

Turns out there is a guy "David Kosiba" he has had his Affiliate manager account put on hold for now until I talk to him. All of the affiliate's he was under have been transferred to me for the time being.
and Koipond222, why don't you check your facts before you go and accuse my network of anything. We haven't paid out $150 yet, The only payment's we've made so far where for $500+ to bi-weekly affiliates or weekly affiliates.
As Coffee King said, CPA Infinity IS still growing. We are growing DAILY not only in numbers wise, but features wise as well. We have dedicated Affiliate managers on hand virtually 24/7 along with a forum that there will be method's posted in a few times per week, as well as a Live chat for everyone to converse in.
The network is not run by David, it is run by me, Stephen. David was an AM, but like I said earlier, his Affiliate Manager account was put on hold for the time being.
Also, may I ask EXACTLY how do we seem uneducated?
No offices, and "all satellite and remote locating" Why? because the HasOffers server is located in Panama? We can't control where they host the server.

It only seems unprofessional as it is still growing. Take advantage of being one of the first publishers of CPA Infinity! The network is definitely NOT a scam and I personally recommend it as a publisher there myself. k
