Coyote Bioscience Co., Ltd. review: Product: covid-19 pcr detection kits

We are medical company in UAE, we have order goods from COYOTE Bioscience Covid-19 PCR detection Kits of value of 22,538 $ from China.

1-We transfer the payment on 17-July-2021 advance payment.

2-We applied for MOH approval.

3- Shipper ship the goods without confirming us.

4- The goods arrived in Dubai airport on 3- August 2021.

5- We cant got the approval from MOH, and courier return the goods back within 2 weeks (end of August 2022) to Coyote.

6- They did not clear the goods from China custom for unknown reason and they forcing us to ship the goods again to us, and we clearly refused them request and informed them that we cant clear the goods till we have MOH approval, and clearly informed them to clear the goods from china customs and once we got the approval we will request you to ship the goods.

8- We request them to recover our funds and they are delaying and not give clear or sharp answers.

9- they informed us that they can refund 7,808 $ from our total amount.

10- we informed them that we can agree to got the 15,000$ to close that issue.

11- they refused and we are looking for way to recover our money from that company.

conclusion :

They have the goods and money and they did mistake to ship the goods without our confirmation, They cant clear the goods from China customs since the goods returned back on August 2021 till January, The delay of collecting the goods from china customs more than 5 months affected the goods because it should be stored in control temperature.

We paid for cold chain freight 4,830 $ which came to know from the courier that the invoice amount is less of that amount.

We got to know from the courier if the shipper cant collect the goods that's maybe documents not ok.
