I’m new driver with covenant n I have a problem with my trainer. Covenant had get me a room n bus tickets to get back to the terminal but my bus was 9pm n they made me checked out from my room early told me to wait for the bus at the bus station for 10 hours okay I get to the bus station. It was outside station where u have to wait outside. On that day it was raining n cold told they I can’t wait for 10 hours in the rain I’m get wet my luggage was get wet So I called they to see if they can get me room or fly me there. they told me they couldn’t get me a room or fly me n told me to go to target there is a Starbucks there n say wait there till u your bus is ready so I go to Starbucks n they did had no sit only standing table n after hours n half a security come n tell me I can’t be here with my luggage n need to leave n I go to McDonald’s same thing. After all that my bus get delayed for another 4 Hours It was hard for me to get in contact with the night shift crew I had to tell the my truck break to get in touch with some n had to transfer me. after 2 hours for calling back to back I get someone to get me hotel for the night. Now my bus is at 12am go to a different bus station n wait another 22 hours. This is by far the worse situation I been through in my life n I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here n if u do hopefully u get the right trainer n if u get into with your trainer don’t get out the truck till they buy u a plane ticket u don’t want to be in different state waiting for hours on the bus.
