Covenant Cargo, Inc. review: Scam

I purchased this Bike Trailer in june of 2008. at first it seemed that it was a good deal, I saved 400-500 dollars but had to drive from NJ to Georga to pick it up. After Hauling it home the 850 miles (Brand New) the lights shorted out and the left side fender came loose. This was easily fixed by a licensed and "Deeler Approved" repair shop at a cost of $150 (Which was paid out of pocket) I was assured that Covenant Cargo would reimburse me for the repairs to their "DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP" After the repair shop faxed the paperwork, Nothing, I faxed the same paperwork, NOTHING, Faxed a second time myself, NOTHING, Then several phone calls later (1 per month) its April 2007 and all I get is Voice-Mail and the Run-around. This company is the worst, DO NOT Buy Their Products. They do not back them nor are they built well, The welds on the rear door look like crap. they just slap together crap and hook consumers like the scammers they are!
