Courts Singapore (Woodland Branch) review: Washing machine

I brought this LG Washing machine back in 6 Jan 2018. At Woodland Causeway point Courts Singapore. And was told by this Sales Lady Celia Leong - S05627 that if purchased with Extend Warranty there be a 1 for 1 exchange after 3rd years warranty over and from 4th to 5th year it be covered as that 1 for 1 exchanged ( if had not trust on her word will not purchasing this extended warranty ). Then 17th Sep 22 this LG washing machine really gone down and had reported to the Extended warranty on this was then been told there no such thing as 1 for 1 exchange for the washing machine at all. This is damn annoying as it caused me so much inconvenience as need to wait till ordering of parts then had to arrange the taking back by courts to repairing and bring back ! If had known this Sales tricked us to purchase this "Extended Warranty" was never as say 1 for 1 exchange will never had brought it as nearly 200 dollars which if add few hundreds more will get me another new washing machine instead and not this kind of inconvenience now !
