Countryside Veterinarian Hospital review: vet refused to board my dogs

On August 8,2022 my son and I brought our 3 dogs to Countryside Vet to be boarded for the week. The reservations had been made months prior to drop off day. Once we entered the building, the dogs could hear other dogs barking and joined in. At no time was there any growing or aggressive behavior at all from my dogs. The vet told us she would not board my dogs due to possible aggressive behavior. I explained that none of the dogs were at all aggressive and led my border collie over to meet her. She again said she wouldn’t board them. She made a terrible assumption that was completely wrong. This decision cost us time and money. We had to make other arrangements that were not ideal and cost double what we had intended to pay.
