I am a fairly new and very small time breeder of working line g.S. D. I recently drove to new brunswick I noticed a kijiji ad and called about a sable female with breeding rights so after speaking with a supposed breeder over the phone asking if she was utd on needles and to make sure she was not fixed nor had pups before or had been exposed too any males and then sending a deposit to hold a female. I then met mohammed benyoussef. Once I arrived he was adamant about me not going into the garage/barn he housed the dogs in and insisted I wait for him to go get her. I did. Upon meeting her I noticed the strong smell of rotting meat and noticed her ears were tipped back on the tops from being caged so long I found out later. Then I noticed her teeth. Her bottom k-9 were snapped clean off. I questioned him on it and he claimed it to be from chewing wood and rocks so I then placed a call to my vet as I really liked her look and she was sweet.. She advised it would be an expensive fix, I tried to negotiate the $3000. 00 cost to compensate for some of the repair cost but he refused. I was going to then leave. The dog jumped into my car and he drug her out by the back of the neck.. Roughly. I then told him its fine leave her there ill take her with me. We proceeded to his house where both dogs (one was a young black pregnant female along with the new one that I was buying) they were obviously hungry as they were trying to gobble snack from a small bag on the floor inside the porch. Mohammed kicked both dogs in the stomach and screamed at them to get out. There was a puddle of pee on the floor where they were trying to get away, tails tucked and ears down. He had me stand up in the porch and closed the glass kitchen door. (I could see a disaster through the smeared glass, dirty dishes and garbage piled high) and tried to get me to sign an agreement right away for non breeding rights for $3000.00. I corrected him on it. He then went on to say that he couldnt do the paperwork that day because he had to change the microchip number as he had changed her chip number himself after the original "popped" out. I then had red flags again so I told him I neded verification, that fraud happens to often now a days so I had him contact the ckc and verified if the chip number was indeed registered to her. I then found out the dog was still registered to the original owner/breeder. Anyway, I paid for her (got a receipt) and took her home. Next day I was checking her over noticed alot of scars on her face/mouth, went to check her belly and noticed a hard ball. I phoned my vet for an appointment to check her over. The vet recommended an ultrasound and quoted at min $1500 to pull her k-9s up to 10 grand to fix them with a dental hygenist as the closest place is maine.. Ultrasound came back as a high likely hood she was already pregnant. I brought her home, called mohammed right away and asked him if she had been in heat and exposed to a male. He stated she was in a kennel for 2 weeks with a slanty back showbreed male and he didnt know she was hooked. (originally he stated she hadnt been in heat since january) he stated his dog mounted her but just to be dominant. I told him she was likely pregnant and I had to take her back in 14 days to verify. He then said he wanted to send me the males (that he already had sold) registration so I could register the pups and he requested 50% of the profit. I stated I was upset and didnt know what I was doing yet. I had placed an ad on my website about the new female the night before with my mal and the new female, stating if all went well pups would be born the end of june. He kept phoning and texting me asking if I wanted him and his wife to come get her to board her until she whelped and constantly asking what I was going to do. He called and I told him first I had to verify the pregnancy and if she was pregnancy I was going to just sell the lot as unregistered. He got very very angry and started accusing me, threatening me saying I had to return the dog etc etc. Now he has my fb page up and stating im a fraud and that im trying to sell the pups as pure by my male. He is trying to run my name into the mud and is a crooked, mean miserable person who pretends he is new to canada and cant speak english. Truth is he is a fraud. I want my costs for buying a damaged dog compensated. I want the b. S he is spreading removed right away and the loss associated with that because I could be having a nice litter of working line pups but now I could be having half breeds to deal with. Buyer beware stay away from that breeder!

Now this [censored] is changing his story. Check this new post, he is even making up "complaints from other people to try and cover his lies. He is pissed because I refuse to drop my charges and will be going to court shortly. Lucky for me I have 6 witnesses! All will be testifying. I have shown the truth and he is backed in the corner and scared. He is as low as a slug he inseminated a 8 month old pup to make money and the only reason I bought her was to get her out of the sad situation she was in. She cried when he tried to drag her back out of my car. Hes mad because she looks like she is going to have 10 or more pups and he will not get one red cent out of it! Not a penny all because he was so stupid about breeding. I told him I was exactly what I am a small time breeder. Tazz is ckc registered as are the rest of my dogs I choose to stay with ukc as they are better to deal with and all of my clients buy my pups as ukc registered. Im not selling show mutts that I have no clue which bred I hav that many in one cage like mohammed, I keep my dogs in my house on their own beds and they free run on my farm not out twice a day to get a drink and have a quick bathroom break in between avoiding kicks in the guts for trying to grab some food from the house. I have made all arrangements with the lawyer to prepare our case to go to court but I would like to come in agreement with you on something because I honestly don't want you to get in any trouble even if the insults got between you and I and you have got my wife involved in it which doesn't look good on you it makes you just look jealous from someone.
I would like to see you doing good in your life but the false advertising that I seen on facebook didnt make me comfortable that is why my conversation was strict and not negotiable and of course everyone will react like that if they care about animals.
I was on the phone with the lawyer because they wanted me to bring the papers and start the process but my suggestion is to make an arrangement with you first to see if you would like me to remove the report from my website than you will have to remove the text you wrote on the internet.
I dont know what you want to do with the puppies I really dont care but I do not agree for them to be registered with taz if they are bred with copper and to be honest I dont think she is pregnant never seen my males coming close to her unless there was a rat going to her in the night or something...
So if you agree with the little thin I asked I will stop everything and be done with this instead if taking it further. But if you do not agree with me and would like to take this further and than I would have mo choice. But I hope you will be doing the right choice to not make this more complicated. Buyer beware: this dog was purchased from me at countryland german shepherds, april 26, 2018. 2 days ago! Sara hilliard called me to say the dog that she just purchased went to the vet for an utrasound and found possibly to be pregnant I said then she was probably bred to my stud copper because she was with him 3 weeks ago in the kennel I didn't know she was in silent heat since she only was in heat 3 months ago, and you can see copper on my website. She was hoping that eva was bred with loggan but she was never with him, she said ohh that would have been beautiful if she was bred to loggan. Sara hilliard from mcgrath mountain shepherds called me and said she took her to the vet and was surprised that she was bred. Sara told me she is not a breeder and does not know anything in this and was going to buy a dog at first just for companion only and she was surprised that I could sell to her the breeding rights.
First lie right there, according to the facebook page that I found today. This woman is a fraud! She put on her facebook that she bred her dog taz to eva when she was bred with my dog 3 weeks ago and sara only bought eva from us 2 days ago, plus she is using the picture from my website without my permission. She said her dog tazz is not even registered with the ckc (canadian kennel club) she said in my house that he is registered with the universal kennel club and ukc is not a recognized club in canada. Not to mention that she told me when she was leaving my house that her male has bitten 9 people including her daughter! Now when I caught her on this scam and fraud and abuse. Now when I got her caught she is saying I beat my dogs and my kennel is a shack! The spca is mandatory in nb for all breeders selling dogs, unlike in nova scotia and I can assure you that my kennel has been approved for my dogs. If you want to buy a dog please call spca and check if she is a member or not they will tell you she is not even a member.
She is saying in public I beat my dogs, if a dog was beaten it would be more like her dog that was supposed to be euthanized for biting 9 people including her 10 year old child! Good try sara, keep your scam alive! Try to deter from the fact that you are scamming people with your dogs and [censored] universal kennel club! And if you had all these red flags when you were at my place and see me hitting the dogs and all what you have discribbed then why did you buy a dog from me! And then you wanted to buy another dog from me but I will never sell to sara any dog again. Tazz could not be the father of this litter because if the dog is pregnant she would be bred on first week of april and sara hilliard did not have my female until april april 26, 2018, she never had this dog in her possesion until 2 days ago! She is telling me she went to the vet to give her a needle to induce her heat until she found she was bred! (she is drooling for money to the point to abuse a dog to put needles in her to have puppies to sell) I told her yesterday when she called I would register the litter with my male under the ckc with one pup as compenstion and she said she wasn't worried about registeration, now I know why! She is a scam!

My poor girl Lucy's teeth seem to be eroding. She was covered in piss and who knows what else when I purchased her. She was already very sensitive to any kind of chastising. Luckily she's won the hearts of anyone who meets her.

Is good grabbing a dog who jumped into my car laboured in mud and shedding hair, smelling like rotten meat by the scruff of the neck because she was trying to get away from you. Is good having her lay in my fathers arms whining the whole trip back. (you know the same man who you were making fun of his teeth because they were rotten. He had terminal cancer and thats a side effect, you sick ignorant, lowlife piece of [censored]) Is good having her urinate all over the floor when she was taken for a vet wellness exam to find out why she hadnt been in heat for over a year (according to you)and she was shockingly suspected to already be pregnant. Prior that, you swore she wasnt exposed to a male, and hadnt had a heat but after i called you from the vets saying she was likely pregnant, you got very excited and told me she had been in the cage with copper and 2 others for 2 solid weeks. You even threatened me to try and have her returned. Said ill pay you the ultrasound fee, bring back my dog or i call the cops...boy oh boy you wanted to make sure you were gonna sell them pups and make 50%. You were so jelous she might of been already pregnant even though i said there was another ultrasound in 2 weeks.
Regarding MY dogs for the record you [censored], if you knew as much about breeding as you bragged about, you would know by the dates it wasnt "coppers" and the post you were harping about was on a timed post. So once more lets define good, good is the fact that i rescued one from you and i would of bought the black one too on the spot but you were certain she was with pup after inseminating her numerous times, plus exposing her to your stud dog. Please look at some pictures of the screen shots I took. and fortunately there is security cameras around my house and none of them has ever shown any aggressive behaviour from dogs or me hitting them, may be she hits her dog that s why he is aggressive and bites people and she knows how a dog reacts when they get hits so probably she hits her poor dogs. all my customers and neighbours are witnessing of the good behaviours and this woman tries to turn her scam on me so I can be the focus point and not her. Please share this information on your facebook and protect as many people as you can.
She also talks about the race on her facebook that s why when she seen me not originally Canadian she was talking about it on her comment and that is not good. Enough for her to sexually insult me, my wife with vulgar expressions on text and email, plus insulting our kids and someone with kids should at least respect other people s kids and talk about the scam issue rather than going to kids and wife and talking about my house.
She told me she has 40 acres of land and when I search her land it was only 2.29 Acres may be she believes that the woods around her is all hers. I should have searched this lady before selling to her but who know she will be scaming people after the purchase of the dog? anyways I don't say anything bad about people but I am showing what type of person she is.
Before we were nice and good people but when I try to stop her scamming people now I am the bad guy.

I have never hit any dog(s) to the stomach or nowhere else like she said, I feed them twice a day she said I starve them and she only feeds her dogs once a day she said, or being mean to any animals, if that is the case I hope this goes further so inspection comes and they are welcome to my kennel and hers and see who abuses animals :)
