We, Deaf/Disabled senior citizens checked in the Country Inn and & Suite on Feb 21, 2023, paid through online. We stay there from Feb 21 to present. We received unpleasant note from the general manager who informed us that our reservation cant be extended. Also, made accussation about the dogs' poops by the door and in hallway without asking us what in the trash?
That assumption she created is false.
Informed us that we must make reservation through her, the general manager, ASHLEY... excuse us, we made all reservations through online.
Again, informed us that we no longer extend our stay at the Country Inn & Suite, we feel that her cruelity is no need at all.
We are in no condition to live in the car, still on medical treatments, must eat homecooked meal where we can feel safe and healthy stay for our health sake.
We still look forward to find new home soon.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology with an allowance of our stay a bit longer until we finally relocate new living arrangement. Give us a few weeks and with false accusation unaccepted, 2 free nights
