In March a shower door that was manufactured by Coral Industries totally imploded in the middle of the night; door only 5 yrs. old. I had to work w/local supplier for ordering a new door & installation. They made us pay for the installation of new door; however I feel the manuacturer should be reimbursing me for the expense; tried reaching out to them; they won't respond or they hang up on me. Tried several ways of communication ie. email, FB Messenger, phone; today someone answered phone but hung up on me. When originally installed I was working with a local bathroom design company; they should be warned to (by me) to never use this product.
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed; how can I pursue this?
