Coordination Care Inc review: Terrible Service 2

Coordination Care Inc. is the WORST care coordination service I have ever come across. They treated us like garbage! We are a family in need of health care coordination. My mother n la lives here in our home and we take care of her she has many heath care needs. he is unable to go to the bathroom on her own and bathe, eat etc...so we my husband an I take care of her along with the family and believe me it is not easy for us to see her this way. My husband has taken care of her for the last 21 years and she is going down hill now. We contacted the aging waiver program for assistance with her. We were asked to pick a a care coordinator who can act as a liaison for us and them and to help with getting medical supplies etc... The first worker we had was Doug he was awful he never called us back or followed up with anything we needed. I ended up contacting medical supply places to get all of my mother n laws medical equipment like her bed, wheelchair, porta potty, hoyer lift she is 300 pounds, incontinence products and more...when I called to complain he hung up on me and said "we weren't the only clients he has and he has a case load of 21 families" so I contacted his supervisor who turned out to be the "Director"of this crazy outfit. Her name is Michelle Mathis she was worse than her help! She belittled us and said if we didn't lie the case we were getting that we should go somewhere else. I was appalled and more stressed because we needed and were in the middle of so any things the just were terrible! Then we get another worker Felicia she didn't do much of anything and we still were in need of ramp that the aging waiver would pay for and for a safety necessity for evacuation. Still nothing. Later we decide that we can use some help and call a CNA well the job was too much for this woman and she didn't want to return and we could understand it my mother n law is 300 pounds and the job was for the am cleaning and she always was sure to be soiled but she was changed 3-4 times a day and regardless we have to clean her up. Well, Michelle ran with it and abused her authority and contacted the elderly protective services of course when they came to our beautiful home they were in aw that Michelle and her care coordination were absolutely wrong! The case was unfounded and they still haven't completed the paper work for us to get the emergency ramp or correct the hours for u to be paid. Michelle yelled at us and said do not call them back and pick another agency. This coordination Care Inc needs to be taken off of the ist for providers for the Dept of Aging. There is soooo much more in depth that our story and experience cn go int its just a shame. They are unprofessional rude and incompetent. they sent 2 workers to our hoe Doug looked like he was the last deer in head lights and Lacey looked hung over, greasy hair and we still don't know her last name she came to our home in dirty clothes and hd us sign something and left. POOR POOR UNECUSABLE POOR ERVICE DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING THEY WILL MAKE YOUR SITUATION WHITH YOUR LOVED ON WORSE! We still are getting awful service trying to leave them. There website is fake! We are going to the state senator with this. There are many other agencies to choose from.
