Coolidge West Side LLC — Felony Trespassing / Grand Theft / Neighbor Harassment
This concerns the entire rental period between late 2007 to end of June 2010, when I was a resident at 11 Arthur Street, Apt. 9 Binghamon, NY. It concerns an older brother that was also complicit in all I recount here, for he force me to sign a lease, while he had illegal access to money of mine, and embezzled from me while also paying through automatic payment the rental fees to this apartment, and if I did not submit to the demands of living there I would have been homeless and lose thousands of dollars worth of belongings, as this embezzling brother held access illegally to money that represented an amount equal to money that he had in a similar trust. This seemed to be involuntary self pay criminal attention that included felony trespassing near weekly, the ridding me of thousands of dollars worth of my possessions, afrecting much witin my private rented space, incuding the theft to resarch material, graduate study papers, completed and draft works, as well as private banking records and legal documents.
For the full time I resided in this apartment my apartment was entered sometimes weekly, when I was not at home. Consecutive lock changes did nothing. Calls to the Binghamton Police, vists and calls to the offices of Coolidge Property/602 Partners, and reports to the Broome County DA had no positive results.
In September of 2007 a large travel bag worth of clothing vanished, with estimated value of money spent to perchase the items in the hundreds of dollars. By early 2008 I had lost more than 400 titles of compact discs, and books totally over one hundred, with conservative estimated at total of $4000. Overall, on my phone camera I still have 10 articles of clothing that had been destroyed on purpose throughout 2008 and 2009, though other destroyed articles never got photographed. This was a regular occurance as people unknown to me would enter my apartment in my absence and vandalize articles from jeans to expensive linen shirts.
Through these three years of literal hell o earth, I was kept a poverty level, while unable to move, and find work, partly due to the ongoing trespassing and psychopathic criminal attention. The above apartment 21 housed consecutive tenants that never left their home when I was home [protected]) and created severe chronic noise to disturb me day and night. Interactions with these jobless full time harassers indicated to me that they were trying to provoke me into violent reactions, as many calls to the Binghamton Police always ended in the statement that "it is just regular common sounds from daily residential life", discounting the fact that the adult males of the apartment above would slam objects for hours on the floor, bang, pound and make noise based on my presence below them. Creaking in single areas on the floor boards for long periods in syncopation was a favored harassment activity, though slamming of heavy objects and walking with pounding steps always ensued.
The fact that I was kept there due to a seriously abusive arrangement whereby my older brother forced me in 2008 to sign a lease after stated facts as to felony trespassing and grand theft should point to something very strange, criminal and complicit with the management who allowed this three years of hell to happen. By late 2008 the apartment across the hall from me housed what was a faux tenant, someone who showed up once a week, but never resided there for more than a day.
Because of this I believe that I should get back all my rent for those 3 years, and there should be people ready to answer what happened in this three year period, and who knew all about it.
