I've entered in a contract with them to help to ease my wife's nerves after I caught a mouse in our pantry. They've put down a few ant traps and a mouse trap like six months ago and all their representative does is to "monitor" these once month for $37. In the meantime we had more mice which I had to catch with traps I bought. I contacted them but there's no solution to my satisfaction. The "resources" they used could be bought from one monthly fee.
Cook's "service" is absolutely worthless, I do NOT recommend them to anyone.
A representative came to my office from the Memphis, TN, office by the name "Michael". This person is a "Racist & Bigot". He had his information wrong and your office confirmed it. He accused my of not presenting all the paperwork and forged an employee of your organization's signature.
I was so surprised this crazy racist of a man would represent your organization. I made it clear that he can't come to the company again or he'll be arrested. This ### of a man is the most stupid and irresponsible tongue wagging dog of a man I have ever encountered in business. He needs a sensitivity training. I spoke with Whitney and Amanda out of Memphis, TN and they explained that he had all his facts wrong and the apologized. This man is a loose canon and will hurt your company's reputation.
