Contenra Urgent Care review: Medical services

I walked in into the concetra urgent care because of illness that not bad enough for ER and too urgent for a regular doctor visit. They turned me away because "they don't treat throat symptoms." My complaint is if they are going to have the name "urgent care" then they need to treat all types of medical issues. Or they need to remove the "urgent care" off that location so people can go to an urgent care that can help the. What more I have gone to the urgent care before for a throat infection before and had no problems getting seen.
