After your recomendation we decided to go with this Company. The contractor asks for half the money in front which was $10000.00 and with 6 week delay to start the work which was from August to September and now we are in October nothing happens. We called a few time and did not return the call. Now we don't know what to do, should we report this company to the better business bureau or else
Desired outcome: We need the work done as soon as possible or to get an answer from this Company

Hello! I am also having issues with ConstructBoss and Dejan right now - hired them in spring of 2021 and they have yet to complete my basement remodel but left a lot of things here. I don't think they've been here since March 2023? After many calls and texts to Dejan as well as the old company they used to use as their portal to gain access as all of our communication was done through there, I am beyond frustrated and just want to use my space! Currently looking into small claims court.
We are also having problems with Dejan and Construct Boss. Going on 1 year to remodel a basement and the work is only about 75% done. Has anyone been able to resolve their issues with him?
That guy is a joke. I’m in the same situation. One year and they are 75% done. I made a formal complaint to the BBB. My next move is Contact 6. I’ve given up. They left all of their garbage on my patio. I just want it cleaned up.
I unfortunately hired them to do a basement remodel and adding a half bath. All they need to do is put in the bathroom. I can’t get ahold of anyone. The app doesn’t work. They don’t answer cell phone, email, texts, office phone. What do I do? I’ve also been paying for storage for eight months. Dejan Nikitovic told me it was a six week job. Im losing money every month.
