Conn's eCommerce review: I ordered a gaming desktop on November 29th, 2022, and we do not know where it is, and no one can say

I was just talking to this person at Conn's eCommerce department. She is not supposed to be talking to customers. She is unbelievably dense and extremely dismissive, and I quote, "I do not know whom you talked to, but that is not true,..." And we have been calling Conn's since December 5th and talked to numerous agents none of which said what she said. She's a stone-cold person who has no reason to be talking to customers. She dismissed what everybody else at Conn's said and she is the only one telling the truth and the only one who knows how the system works.

As regards Conn's as a company, how come you are washing your hands here? You do not take any responsibility at all? So, the order has been placed and now it's with the vendor, don't you even try to make sure that the contract, the sale, comes to fruition? We are left with no viable options. We cannot contact anybody else other than Conn's. How come you have your vendors' emails but not their phone number? Are you for real? If you cannot call them, we will call them and get to the bottom of this.

Doing business with Conn's is turning out to be a nightmare and nobody can, and will, help.

Desired outcome: + The gaming desktop to be delivered or+ A phone number so I can call the vendor myself or+ A number to a law firm that can communicate with Conn's instead since we are getting nowhere
