On 7-26-10 a buyer, Jayson Tommas and wife Eileen phoned about buying our timeshare at the Atlantic Palace through Condo Resort Trader, Inc. After talking to Justin Daniels, acct. exe broker on 7-30-10 we filled out a purchase agreement to sell our timeshare to Mr. Tommas from Rhode Island. The closing was to be held on Sept 6. 2010 at the company location in Washington DC. We wired a security deposit of $1200 as per instructions. After that we received a phone call that the closing was postponed. and we never heard from them again. We phoned several times. The answering machine said office is closed on 9-10-10 and 9-13-10. We lost our deposit of $1200 from these con artists, liars and scammers.
I filed a complaint with Bureau of Consumer Protection Agency, PA, Tom Corberr, attorney generql and Federal Trade Commission #[protected]. BBB gave them an F rating. They took our money. I want them prosecuted and put in jail and my money back!

Receiving a call from the company stateing that they had a confirmed qualified buyer for my timeshare and if I was interested they would finallize the deal when I paid the advertizing/contract fee. There was no buyer but they did keep the fee
