condo certs review: refuse refund 1

HOA documents were order by the closing company without my knowledge. I was also in the process of ordering HOA documents. My HOA documents were never downloaded from the Condo Certs website. As soon as I found out that it was a duplicate order, I cancelled the order. Condo Certs has confirmed in email that the order was duplicate, but they refuse to issue a refund for $160.
