I was injured on the job in June 2020, torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder which needed surgery. The surgeon was Dr. William Holland from the Concentra in Escondido, Ca. He was my primary doctor from the time of my surgery October 15th 2020 until June 2021. The last appointment I had with him, he totally disregarded any of my concerns and wrote me off as a patient. I was still in a lot of pain and he acted like he didn't care about one of his patients. Because of his neglect I had to go through another rotator cuff surgery to repair the damage from the first surgery.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from Dr. Holland for his lack of compasion for his patients
