Zoombak / Fraudulent charges
I purchased a Zoombak tracking device in 2009 and signed up online for the tracking service for one year. It was $120 total. I got a call in April 2010 telling me I owe Zoombak because they are charging me for time after my one year signup time expired. Their customer service is poor. They waited for months--until my bill accumulated in their favor--to contact me. Their product could be useful but their underhanded business model preys on innocent people who are the ones supporting them.
