On the 28th March I was playing the game Yoville via facebook and decided to buy some Yocash. I used my mobile phone and the company Zong took out my payment within seconds. However they never credited game. I called them three times on the 28th March 2013 to be told to call back within 24 hours. So I checked the game the day after and still nothing so I called them yet again to find out where was my credit for the game!!! Then Zong informed me one that they didn't get my money which is bull as I'm on pay as you go and checked to see if the money was taken and indeed it was. I told the so called customer service this and he went quite and then said "oh yeah!" then he said he would send me an email to set up a pay pal account for a refund? This never happened so I emailed them today and still nothing.
The customer service is disgusting and I'm afraid that this so called company is scamming people and need trading standards involved. I have no idea what to do now as I can't afford to keep calling Zong. I'm so upset by it all.
Please help and have any of you had the same problem?
