After going through the above consultancy firms ad in newspaper & going through there website, I had gone to the above's Andheri(Mumbai) office, there I was provided with a consultant, her name was Nisrin Motorwala, Nisrin Madam after going through my resume, assured me that, my career has a bright future in Australia & I should go forward with the registration process & pay them there consultancy fees i.e. Rs45000 for the same, I was repeatedly assured by her that I would be getting 100% job in Australia, & they will be helping me from all sides, After the above assurance I decided to pay the necessary fees, So I took a personal loan with higher rate of interest, Before paying the fees they made me to sign an agreement, In that agreement they had not guaranteed me about the above assurance given by the above person i.e. Nisrin Madam, when I enquired about the same with Nisrin Madam, she told me that it was just a formality, & not more than that, In the agreement it was also told to me that they i.e. Y-axis will be offering me the job/placement within 2 to 6 months So after receiving the above amount, the above firm first prepared my latest cv, & I was also provided with a new consultant, his name was Mr Bhagat, For the first 2, 3 months Mr Bhagat was well in touch with me through phone/emails & was just giving assurnaces that I will be getting job/placement quickly, But after 3 months he rarely contacted me, So I had to contact Nisrin Madam, she also gave false assurances & told me to wait till 6 months i.e till when the contract terminated. After the contract terminated she i.e. Nisrin Madam also tried to avoid me So after repeated emails telephonic conversations also I did not receive any positive response from y-axis or job/placement in Australia. So here I strongly feel that I have been cheated & this people i.e. y-axis are here to extract our hard earmed money, by giving false promises. So Sir I request you to take strong action against the above firm i.e. y-axis solutions pvt. ltd. Here I would also tell all the readers to be too cautious before investing there hard earned money in the above firm.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Upon completion of resume marketing services your case has been closed on 17-04-2013 and after that the email account details has been handed over to you. Y-Axis has delivered the service as per the agreement:
In regard to our Resume Marketing Services, I would like to clarify that our resume marketing service is not similar as Placement Abroad assurance. During resume marketing our Consultant would forward your resume to essential employer database (for the selected country) and also apply to open jobs (online) which would be posted by employers on popular job portals.
Please be informed that Y-Axis do not provide any commitment on certain number of leads or assured interview calls. Resume marketing response is totally at the discretion of employers and available requirement during that point of time.

• Y-Axis is only an advisory service providing consultancy and is not liable or responsible for provision of any documents, arrangement of funds or employment arrangement.
• We will provide our clients with timely updates of the process and the details of the employers to which your resume was marketed.
• We provide documentation guidance and counseling.
• We assure you of regular follow up during the process over emails and telephone conversations.
• Y-AXIS will start providing services only upon receipt and realizations of the amount/charges upfront.
• At the end of the committed marketing tenure, the complete details of the process done will be provided to the client, and with this provision, the service commitment will come to an end.
• The liability, if any, of Y-AXIS is limited to the extent of the amount paid by the user.
