I wish i had never heard of this Company...
After dealing with them for a few months I have now paid out hundreds of pounds more than I would if i had stayed with my original communications Company.

Basically their Representative will promise you ANYTHING to get the sale, the 'All Inclusive' price that is given is not, in fact, all inclusive, it actually includes very little, this price seems to be for hardware only.

Bringing these problems up with anyone at Xtel is a feat of near immpossible proportions, you go through weeks of "I'll get your account manager to ring you"... "Has he not called you? I'll send him an e-mail"... then eventualy (a few weeks down the line, dozens of phone calls, a few e-mails & a couple of recorded delivery letters later) the Account Manager informs you that he will look into and get back to you... and yes, you've guessed it, it's back to stage one of their 'unique' Customer Services procedure.
The irony of this is that they are charging you for ALL these calls!

If anyone is thinking of dealing with this Company please, please, please DON'T.

Xtel Communications in Marlton NJ is terrible! Very outdated hardware and software. They are too expensive for what is offered. The only reason they are in business is because the president old man Flynn keeps shoveling money in the company to leave to his son Brian when he's dead. Customer service eats pot brownies for lunch on Fridays brought in by some girl named Rachael.

I used to work there before a surgeon made it possbile for them to fire me after nearly 11 years of service, And, the sales people will promise you anything to get your business and then it is left for customer service to deal with, I know, that was my job and I did it DAMN WELL. I have many complimentary letters, customers who would only talk to me, because if I made a promise to a customer IT GOT DONE, maybe not that second, but I would keep the customer updated constantly.

They fired me because I was making too much money, around the time the recession started and the I think the doctors were in on this with the owners. Make sure she CANNOT come back. So, that left the teenagers who could care less, but it they kissed ### of the VP, that's all it took!

While I miss my customers, I do not miss the favoritism, the back stabbing and the rules who only applied to a special few...
