I got "ripped-off" by ... my order was never received ... even after multiple correspondence with them and two (2) promises of re-shipment. I recommend all people to stay away from Thak you.

    Good luck I wouldnt count on your medication to show up!

    The entire company is a fraud and being under investigation for mail fraud. Contact the FBI as this is a mail fraud issue. Ive been working with their ISP and the police to try and get them pulled out of biz and into court!

    Skunks like these guys at give e commerce a bad wrap!

    I not much like their service, as that they not very operative work, yes and the price not the most low. I long searched for get prettier drugstore and for present-day day, in my opinion, - an most optimum variant, they really work in new century (please the price and quality of service).

    Regarding XLPharmacy. I ordered from them and promptly received my order twice. Then I placed an order on January 4, 2008. And I waited and waited. Finally I used their live chat feature to communicate one on one with a rep. They told me that they were going to reship. And I waited and waited. Again the live chat. This time it would be sent registered. And I waited. And I was beginning to wonder if I was being ripped off. Back to live chat. It was going to be reshipped Express mail and I was given a tracking number. And it arrived sooner than they predicted. Now they ship all orders express mail, guaranteed to arrive 7-10 days. So they aren't bad guys!!

    Yeah all these losers complain which is sad because it represents laziness on their part. I read this thread after I purchased at XLPharmacy and was quite pissed and sad. I thought I would never receive my stuff. And I didn't - at first. I gave those fools a month. Then, you know what I did? It was really magical I guess! I CALLED! Yeah unlike the losers here who complain on some thread not related to the site and will not help them get their stuff, I first tried to use their online customer support.

    Oops! It doesn't work. Boo hoo. Did I give up? Hell no! I called them. Yeah, I picked up my phone and called them. I got someone on the line in 2 rings. I told them I hadn't received my stuff and they said they will ship it immediately through Express.

    In less than a week later, I got my shipment through Express with tracking number and all. It was my exact order and packaged excellent.

    So all you ###s that come here to complain when you could be calling and getting your stuff, you are the real losers.

    As for me ever buying from XLPharmacy again? Hell no LOL. The stuff comes from India (as said on return label and Customs stamps). So maybe all your stuff was seized. Maybe my first one was seized. If it is, just call them and they ship it again.

    I know picking up a phone can be hard for some of you fatties, but that's life!

    I tried them and didnt get my meds. So for my Viagra I went to and for my pain medicine I used and it all worked out well! Screw these guys!

    I-ve had a lot of experience with online pharmacies and had my own for a period of time. The problem with orders that don-t arrive is usually because the meds get detained on customs, no matter which country, but specially in the USA. American pharmacies and drug stores are using their political influence to stop out of the country, cheaper meds for their own profit. Why pay double or triple of a generic cost with the same purpose and effectiveness. As a general rule try to talk to your online pharmacy-s customer reps, whichever company you choose.

    I-m not saying that there-s not a lot of scam out there, but if you choose carefully and have patience you will eventually get your meds. contact with human operator can be the diference between loosing your money or getting your meds.

    oH yea, i-ve ordered from, and recently (2008) and only had a problem with the last company not delivering the first time, on the second attempt it reached me fine.

    I have always used to buy viagra and cialis and they have been pretty good with delivery. Usually 12 days to where I live in the west cost of US.

    I have had similr experience with something called They said they shipped my order on May3, 2009 but it never showed up. I finally contacted their support department via and finally spoke to a supervisor who called himself Kevin. He tried to get me to accept a reshipment but I refused and asked for a refund of my money. He finally agreed to refund my money, saying that "billing" would contact me and I would receive the refund within a few days. I was never contacted and never received my refund. On June 23 00 fifty days later 00 I called support again and demanded my refund. Again, they said that "billing" would soon be contacting me and send me my refund. But I am wondering if this is the same outfit as the one you had trouble with but maybe operating under a new name. Other than tell everybody I know not to do business with them, what else can I do?

    Excellent customer service

    I just placed my second order from xlpharmacy, customer service is excellent, they have provided me with all the information I needed to be confident about this guys. First order came on time.

    What are this people talking about?
    I am assuming they must be just some frustrated sales person from a different company that is not doing very well.

    Best prices, real medication, can't complain about their shipping either, has always arrive sooner then expected.
