I bought one package of services from the company www.saturnvpn.com, when I travelled to Dubai. I didn’t know that a lot of websites and programs were blocked there. I paid money to this company and they assured me that everything would work, but it was lie. Nothing worked and it was impossible to contact the support team within these days. It was awful deal and they screwed me.
only the short test with VPN works to make you pay them, then it stops working, seems lika a fraud, or you need to be an IT engineer to make it work at best case
I'm a customer of Saturnvpn, I also live in Dubai, But don't have any problem with the service, I'm using L2TP protocol, and everything is ok for me, I think the best way of communicating with them is email.
