SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / They haven't changed the dresses

My friend and I bought two bridesmaids dresses from the company After couple of weeks we got the package, but the dresses looked like crap. The colour was completely wrong and the size of one dress was fault as well. We contacted the online chat agent and he promised to change the dresses. We returned the order, but after that we haven’t received any news or info. As well as we didn’t get dresses. These people are scammers and liars.

    This is Happy Bridesmaids. First off, we had no idea that a complaint had been lodged here, on this website. All legitimate complaints should be directed to our offices. We can be reached, toll-free, at (800) 466-1870. We are open 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 9 PM, twelve months of the year. Secondly, this person did not leave a name, an address, nor a phone number, much less an invoice number or a date that we can reference. Our website receives over 7, 000 hits a day and we sell thousands of dresses every year to grateful brides and bridesmaids all over the world. Every customer is precious to us and we appreciate the opportunity to clear up issues with any and all orders. Since it has been almost a year since this person posted this complaint on this non-affiliated website, we probably can't help her. But, before anyone else makes that same mistake, please call and ask for Brad Simon. We want to help.
