they charge 79.98 dollars to my bank acct and the worst is that i havent resive the trial that i was already charge for 3.95 i really need some help this is a really bad scam, cant belive that no accion has beem taking against this company, i coulnt even speak to a supervisor, help any one

No were on the site does it say free offer, it says trial bottle. You all cry about it but your the idiots that go and put in your credit card info, name and address and click submit, without reading the terms and conditions, its clearly stated in the first paragraph whats going to happen. You think running to your credit card or bank that they will reverse the charge? they dont cause you signed up for this noone else but you..

I too am just involved in a dispute with this company: as with Fernando I was taken in by the offer on their website of a free trial of their AcaiOptimum cleanser and Colon Cleanser which together represented their slimming diet. The total cost for the trial was quoted as a delivery charge jointly for the two products of £3.90. I paid by credit card and they were to send a confirmatory email straight away. The email that arrived shortly after was simply an illustrated advertisement for another of their products. I sent an email asking where the confirmation of order was, but meanwhile feeling some disquiet I did a quick internet check on the company and saw the many complaints including those above. I instantly contacted my credit card company to ask them to stop payment and found that far from extracting the agreed cost of £3.90 they had drawn an unauthorised £62.. odd from my account. I asked the bank to cancel the card's authorisation and issue me with a new one and emailed AcaiOptimum telling them the unauthorised withdrawal amounted to wilful theft and I required them immediately to repay my money and if I hadn't heard to that effect within an hour I'd lodge a charge of theft with the police- I added I had no further interest in their product and to cancel my so-called free trial.

All of this has taken place in the last three hours and I am still awaiting a response from AcaiOptimum. Clearly companies like this are giving internet trading a bad name and should not be allowed to continue trading -if you can call confidence tricks trading- in this blatantly fraudulent manner. Legal action must be taken to stop them in their tracks.

fernando, you are not alone! I to have run into their wall, spoke to chris and then david both have euro/indian accents but swear they are in Phoenix, I never got the refund form instead I got two bottles of stuff I"ve been advised not to use with my heart condition now they are threatening to charge me for the second bottle too! I have filed a complaint with Visa, and the Better business bureau in phoenix...join the club, lets bury these theives, boy I hope the AZ pd checks their papers

I feel taken advantage of. I don't want this to happen to anybody else. I do believe that what goes around comes around and this company is calling bad karma to their business. This is a scam don't order this product.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your trial order and that your call was not handled correctly. Please call back and ask to speak to supervisor for a refund since you did not receive your order. Or you can send an email, along with a link to this page to support@cupuacuvital.com and I'm sure they will get it sorted out for you.
