In November 2009 Redshield Entertainment LLC and the reputation of its CEO Louis Gibson was attacked. Usually a fair reporting news channel, WSBtv Atlanta News after being contacted by former sales rep and manager Mathew McCloy, who claimed he had not been paid during the holiday season for working there, moved forward with the story without cross-verifying factual documentation. Gnawing relentlessly on Redshield's ankles, Linda Stauffer reported this story of 3 screaming angry sales representatives? not being paid for work one of which being Matt's roommate, in front of Redshield's newly established place of business in Alpharetta, GA.
Following the negative media coverage, the license for Redshield to sell Clearwire mobile Internet, at the time its sole source of current revenue was revoked; dark tales were recounted about Redshield Entertainment and CEO Louis Gibson on the Internet; not to mention that he learned shortly thereafter that at the same time the same sales rep petitioned for the cessation of Redshield Entertainment and the Media coverage thereof, he also campaigned for the commencement of license to sell Clear Internet for his newly formed company, Mad Phoenix Technologies, prior to Redshield's and Clearwire's dissolution and using the identical practices, methods, teachings and even staff of Redshield.
Was it just good old competition? I guess except retired disabled marine Louis Gibson who currently sits in a wheelchair and has been diagnosed with PTSD as well as a host of other issues after serving now feels these additional scars, and a little over 1 year now feels he has just gotten the shaft. 1 year later, neither of the 2 companies is still in business selling Clear Internet and the same reps who demanded payment after 30 days of working for Redshield found out that there new CEO couldn't pay that quickly either because Clearwire's contractual agreement with all resellers pays out in a 60 day pay cycle. Not to mention that the news coverage allowed the prowess of the adversary to sway the public opinion of some in its favor. Let me explain.
Reading of Redshield and its woes, viewing limited information online anyone could quickly pass judgment. As computers become increasingly more sophisticated so do in some cases Internet stone throwing anonymous sinners, some without even any direct knowledge of the matter in discussion. Often many readers are noncommittal on subject matter, without additional sources of obtaining what they consider factual information, like a news source. The news report however gave the prowess of influencing the public opinion of some to the adversary, increasing Mr. Gibson's woes to fighting in those cases, public opinion on this matter as well, a challenge he has self-described as at times like America's war in Iraq.
The worse revelation to come was forthcoming just a little over last week. In the intricate details of this story, Louis was arrested on December 18, 2010 on false charges also birthed from this fiasco. The same sales rep, Matt who began selling under his new company name, after this news story aired went to the police department speaking of his allegations, the news video and its airing. He also had filed a police report of the grievance and its further related details. The police without further investigating issued a warrant for Louis Gibson's arrest. The charge was based on a check forged by another former staff member and the nonpayment of reps citing the news report as one of its references. Upon exiting the jail on bail almost 2 weeks later and after spending now his 6th Christmas away from those he loves; 5 being, 1 for each year while having served in the US armed forces and the 6th one birthed out of the events mentioned here, Louis Gibson now asks is there justice in America? Will WSBtv Atlanta news and Linda Stauffer even report a retraction? The attack on his small business must give Louis cold sweats at night and you would think that for a veteran striving to adapt back to civilian life after handling the casualties of war would have been enough... Please respond I would like to hear your thoughts.

We all agree with you Debra! WE THE PEOPLE have investigated Louis Gibson situation and he was falsely arrested. There are people commenting a bunch of bs to make him seem like a liar. We think it is Norcross Police and some former employees who are involved in this whole situation. But we are on to them now. Louis Gibson is a veteran and WE THE PEOPLE will help him tell his story. His method of posting all over the web was smart. Do not give up LOUIS GIBSON!

I am so mad and that is not my character. This whole mess has changed my perspective on the legal system, and law enforcement. Nobody can give me back who I was prior to this false charge or time detained in jail. Now that I am out of that cage, I want justice. No I demand justice! Louis Gibson will be a name those will speak and not forget like I will never forget.
Take a deeper look at my criminal history and at first glance one can assume negative thoughts. But "first glance", does not mean guilty. This is the first time I have not been able to block corrupt legal hits. But my attitude remains the same. When you are falsely accused stand your ground no matter the outcome! With WSB News reporting the false story on Redshield Entertainment LLC cost me a lot of money and ran my reputation through the dirt. I learned how powerful the media can influence perspective in America or to be specific in Atlanta, Georgia. My wealthy and connected fake friends ran away from me to protect their business. Even those that had thousands invested with my company, and several other business deals.
Many may not agree with my methods of posting so many complaints on the internet but I will bare it all to the American people. Several who are commenting are involved in my criminal case and are be exposed by independent investigator and companies that have given me support. I do not have a thing to hide and do not trust the legal system to do the right thing. Everyone will know what corruption is going on in Norcross Police Department and Gwinnett County. They can lock me up but they will not lock up the truth. This is a campaign to expose the corruption and plain lack of justice practiced in Gwinnett County.

If you took the time to read the documented facts and spent less time looking at a one side perspective you would have noticed all your questions had been addressed. So for your lack of reading I will address it below.
To explain the facts wrong with the piece:
1.) Not dozens but five questionable former sales representatives went on camera and Louis Gibson and company did not pay them commission earned. Linda Stouffer, WSBtv News Reporter, did not investigate the allegation made and broadcasted the story. Had she investigated the allegation she would have discovered all commissions are paid on a sixty day pay cycle. No employee/sales representative had been working pass three weeks selling Clearwire mobile internet service out bound to Georgia residents. All sales representatives had been trained at Clearwire Corporate Office in Atlanta, Georgia and had a clear understanding of this policy. The company, Red Shield Entertainment LLC, had no control of this policy because it was a re-seller of Clearwire. No commissions had been paid out to compensate for commissions earned.
2.) Who called CEO Louis Gibson a "bold face liar"?
Mathew McCloy, a former sales manager, spearheaded this campaign to destroy Red Shield Entertainment LLC and create his own business called Mad Phoenix Technologies, stealing sales representatives, business plans, and trade secretes created by CEO Louis Gibson.
3.) Why don't you sue him?
He is involved in a civil case currently and the list includes other individual and companies not to be mentioned at this time.
4.) Were they your employees?
All that worked were sales representative or independent contractors that worked on commission earned only! Clearly stated in a signed contract that outlined all responsibility and pay cycle.
5.) They all seem very sincere. How could they all have had the wrong impression they would be receiving a paycheck from you?
"Sincere", is a loose word to describe individuals you do not know Zachary S. Two of them were roommates of Mathew McCloy and two did not have any affiliation with the company. Mathew McCloy had several secrete meetings with sales representatives and made promises of early payment of commissions earned if this plan to pressure Red Shield Entertainment and Clearwire with law suite and media coverage.
In conclusion, over one year later the facts have come out and Mad Phoenix Technologies in its first month experienced the same set backs Red Shield Entertainment faced due to the sixty day pay cycle of commission. These are all your questions answered with straight facts and were previously explained in details prior. You have been making many comments about Louis Gibson and his company on this site and others. One is to wonder are you part of the complaints filed? You seem to know and care too much about these topics and poping up all over. Why are you trying so hard to get us, the public, to look at Louis Gibson as a liar? I have read your one sided comments and it is obvious you are not in favor of Louis Gibson. And to inform you "Zachary S.", Louis Gibson story is true after we have investigated. He is also involved in a civil case due to this news report and false arrest. You need to report all the facts and not just one perspective.
