Wheel Rack Online / A lot of excuses and my wheels were on backorder

I have bought 6 wheels and tires from Wheel Rack Online. It stated that the delivery would take 6 weeks. Money was wired through PayPal and the seller hasn’t confirmed the purchase. I emailed him 2 weeks later and he said that the order was on backorder. I said fine, but asked him to inform me about the order. After two weeks on backorder, I hoped to hear some news, but the seller has provided some fake excuses and nothing more.

    please be ware of false statements posted by other competitors to make other mail order companies seem bad when paying thru ebay or paypal you are protected at all times as a consumer and you can request a full refund at anytime so there is no reason to miss lead a customer on a purchase simply if what you are buying is not in stock you have the option of doing a special order to wait for product or products to come in or you can request a cancalation it's very simple we are a awnest mail order company and we donot lie or make excuses on orders simply if not instock when purchase you are told and its up to you to place a special order or choose different product or look else were for product or products you are looking for thank you for taking the time to read our response.
