webuybooks.co.uk review: Claim water damage and, & binding damage & refuse, to negotiate only following their & guidelines & so far unpaid 1

Despite protesting to their eight complaints with various lies including "water damage" and "damage to binding, " webuybooks.co.uk, run by theives, will deduct "£20.51, " from my £32 quote, because Harriet from customer services, who "checked the books myself" said they don't meet "our guidelines." This is the email conversation, but I doubt my last message will receive a reply:

The "Easy learning Spanish grammar" and "Chinese made easy workbook" which had "answers filled in" were rubbed out properly, and are only the first few in the exercise books, so a buyer would easily benefit from the books, so I'd appreciate less money deducted there, say 50% because the pages are visibly used, but still perfectly readable to learn the modern foreign language. I'm also dismayed that the "binding damaged" conditions are so strict, for example the £6 OCR GCSE economics textbook is well used, but every sentence is clear and legible, so if you insist on quality, at least negotiate, again half the price, because the book is still valuable. I do however apologise for the Chinese textbook's missing the CD, although I don't remember removing it, but I know I left the last Terminator Trilogy film in the DVD player! so that was just an honest mistake, but please don't recycle them, because they could still sell at a discounted price.

So please could you revise the deduction to (20.51-7.96) = £12.55 instead, for the readable but worn spines and perfectly usable workbooks?

Thank you for the easy UPS delivery and quick response, although in future could you improve the scanning app to work faster, because currently it takes about 10 or more seconds to recognise a barcode, as well as other customers having problems like freezing or deleting basket information?

Desperate to sell valuable but unwanted books easily, I trusted fraudsters, giving them the benefit of the doubt. YOU MUST NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE, despite the attractive website and VERY FEW real positive reviews. Too good to be true simply conveniently scanning and sending away books, instead have yard sales, do car boot sales, or sell with Amazon or eBay.
