WOW! When I was in the hospital battling a lung disorder and phenomena, we decided to buy a puppy to help me as I recover. We contacted WAABA PUGS, picked a dog from the web site and paid a deposit via PayPal. When we were told by my doctors that a fur animal was not a good idea at this time, we contacted the seller and asked for a refund of the deposit. He asked us to wait a few days and he would return the funds via PayPay.

It has been two weeks and the seller has disappeared. He will not pick up the calls or return texts. We went back to PayPay and begun a dispute. They denied the dispute. This is a SCAM! and PayPal is just as bad. PayPal owes a greater protection to people that trust them to be protected from scammers.

BIG TIME SCAMMER! I sent him $900 through PayPal and he tells me he will ship the dog on a Thursday . And then he sends the flight info so I know what time to pick the dog up from the airport .. at the bottom of the info it reads that I need to pay 1100 more dollars in order to pick the dog up ... so your little pug puppy will cost you $2000 if it even arrives ... stay away from this bunch ! WAABA PUGS

We just got scammed by WAABA PUGS too today by Max Peterson via Paypal. He has you pay to Paypal through Friends/Family box or he says he won't get the money for 21 days if you pay by clicking that he is a business. After paying him through Paypal he sends a fraudulent email from a shipping company stating you have to pay another $1, 100 which $1, 050 is refundable upon the arrival of the puppy. He then called from a different phone number claiming to be the shipping company but it is his voice (has a very distinct accent). Luckily we put it on our Discover Card paid through Paypal and put a fraudulent claim in but Paypal said because we paid as a friend/family that they can't refund Discover. Max Peterson's phone number on the website is Minnesota but contract has an address from Fort Worth Texas. Please spread the word that this is an online fraud.
