He is innocent until proven guilty but in Jan of 2018 he was indicted by a grand jury
It is easy to check on by calling the Court in Kanawha County WV
the judge he will appear before is Judge Charles King [protected]

He had a trail date of July 30 but it was continued and I do not know the new date.

The information provided on you complaint is not correct. The elderly wasn't involved. The charges listed isn't what Mr. Anderson was charged with. Why is this so important that you would have to post a complaint on the internet? What is it any of anyone's business of what this case includes. Have you made a complaint against the people that is in and out of jail involves drug related ? Or is this something that involves you personally? Personally this can be found as slander.
