This is a pyramid scam. The IRS should be notified ASAP. Are you kidding? Here is paragraph from this site: "For a Licensed Professional wanting to set up a "Professional Account" (giving a 40% discount), they must have a Tax ID number (BTW: a tax id number is for illegals with no social security #) and an order of $150.00 on the first product purchase. Professionals have no minimum monthly purchase requirement. Professionals must phone directly to Purium Health Products to sign-up and must give my referral code, "12617". Each signee also receives a free Purium Health Products website."

That way you can laugh at this stupid old fart (David Sandoval) supporting Amy Sandoval, Venner(ial cancer of the utterus), (or whatever her name is, based on the highest bid for utterus rentals) and her white-trash trailer full of kids. He's going to need a lot more than a pyramid scam and a tupee to support everyone.
Here is another joke from that site:
"The goal of Dave and Amy Sandoval (owners of PHP) is to offer A+ products at low prices. (Like Amy's rental vagina.) Their intention is to educate consumers on the science of why their products work (as evidenced by crater-covered womb). Dave (world renowned expert on the subjects of nutrition and anti-aging that help him make a fool of himself) continuously pours out nutritional [and product] knowledge through television, radio, books & PHP lectures; real science which can change the condition of our bodies (just ask him about his own personal life, because there is nothing like being used by a skank!).

I am laughing so hard, I might pee my pants. This person is not even being logical in their rant. They don't know what they are talking about. I hope Amy had a good laugh over this, because I find it slap stick comedy...Holy cow.

State of California obtained an injunction against Sandoval and his partner. Some of their products exceeded the state regulations for lead and arsenic. They were required to use an independent lab for testing. They instead continue to claim that their in-house lab has deemed the product safe. Appears Purium was just another in a line of names through which they have hawked their wares. Always do the diligence before consuming or selling a product in the "health" market.

Why is that all comments state REPORT SCAM? I have not tried this product but I see results from a friend who truly believes that this has changed her life including energy, weight loss, etc. I have not personally tired it yet. Just curious.

This actually has nothing to do with Purium and is really just a vile personal attack on David and Amy Sandoval. Seriously, this shouldn't even be here.

I am very alarmed that Dave Sandoval is using the name of Ann Wigmore to market Purium products as: Your source for green, organic, raw, live, whole food! Since when did Ann Wigmore advocate use of micro-processed supplements instead of wheatgrass juice, and a raw, living, sprouted whole food diet? This is complete fraudery.

As a registered dietitian who knows a little more about healthy eating and nutrition than a Purium Rep...I can tell you that this crap is the same crap...different name...then any other diet product out there...when are we going to learn that the diet industry thrives on vulnerable people...they could care less about you except your credit card number. They make billions of dollars and if you test these products ...many times its not even what it says on the bottle. And MLM NEVER WORKS! Please stop the insanity and run from these products...put your money in your mouth with healthy food.

Oh my goodness...had to laugh when I read it "melt the fat off" when are people going to learn that the diet industry and natural food product industry is making billions and billions off of vulnerable people. I am a registered dietitian and have a private practice in long beach...and see many clients who have tried it all. All you will get out of their 10 day cleanse is diarrhea...STOP THE INSANITY.

Hey you all how about watching forks over knives video first. the hell with MLM or network marketing go to the supermarket and by organic foods it really is a scheme. And BTW dude if this business was really paying attention to their details especially on the website why would they spell out an incorret agreement wording:--->I agree that upon creating this Back-Up Order, the products I selected will automatically be shipped to me every month (on the 21st of the month) if I do not order at least 50 BV or more of products by midnight (Central time) on the 20th of the month and my credit card on file will be charged accordingly. I also understand that if I do order 50 BV or more of products my Back-Up Order will NOT be shipped to me. I understand that any changes that I would like to make to my Back-Up Order must be made at least 2 days prior to the day it is scheduled to be processed.
I guess Sandoval didn't have attorney's look at this must have been his accountant. All about primarily selling first health second. The company wants you to think that it's health first. Schematic! hey?

BIG THUMBS DOWN for HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. They took my money 10 days ago, can't tell me where my product is and refuse to allow me to go pick up my product (30 miles away)because they can't tell me if they actually shipped my product! Yesterday they knew that they hadn't shipped my product, apologized, claimed they were going to refund my shipping fee and overnight me my product for free. Yeah, that never happened. Oh, and I can't even cancel my order either because today they can't tell me if they actually shipped my product, so I can't make any changes to my order. HORRIBLE!

Anyone who thinks they are actually losing weight other than water weight from a substandard nutritional drink is just not informed. Calls and and cals out simple math. Losing weight actual pounds is hard work. If your looking for a real cleanse that is healthy and NOT an obvious pyramid scheme try Dr Schulzes 30 day cleanse it's amazing and actually does good stuff for your body. This is so fly by night. This person that wrote this review is ignorant. I am a distributor of the product and I can honestly tell that signing up and sharing Purium was one of the best things I could have done! I have lost 43 pounds in 4 months on Purium.

NOT a pyramid scheme! The only way Purium reps get compensated is off of SALES of the products that their customers buy. If THIS is what the ignoramus that started this post considers a pyramid scheme then, MOST BUSINESSES are pyramid schemes in his eyes. LOL! Just do your research before buying into anything and ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS CONSIDER THE SOURCE of your information.

I believe this is a scam. My daughter signed up thinking that
she will earn commission when I buy 2 transformation kit ( for me about $500) for less than a month I was asking her to claim her commission only to find out that they forfeited her commission because she was not active ... worse than melaleuca and or Amway, Besides, who in hell would be able to survive a lifestyle of drinking expensive nasty tasting juices and tablets to maintain the diet. They only allow minimum amount f organic products as a supplement to your health ..Very bad for our economy as well . No medical credentials too.

I can't believe I wasted my time going through this. The review is weak and non factual and based solely on opinions. The poor sap who wrote the article is obviously poor and disgruntled with the home business profession. The reviewer most likely got introduced a network marketing company the wrong way and treated it like a lottery ticket and when things didn't work out as expected, which is typical, they waste the rest of their lives dissing something they don't understand...IT TAKES SKILL PEOPLE to succeed in the Network Marketing Professional! To the administration ~ Is there no screening involved when someone posts garbage such as this person does that uses assumptive language?

I did a search of the website listed in this complaint and found that the person is indeed a Purium distributor, but I would guess that she is NOT the one that wrote this. If she did, she would obviously no longer be with the company. So either she has someone who really is upset with her and only trying to give the company a bad name, or some sick person. The vulgarity that is expressed here is obviously from a sick individual with a bone to pick. I have been with Purium for over 6 months, and the products, reputation and integrity of this company speak for them self. I know of no other MLM company that offers a 100% organic, non-gmo product line and that also offers wonderful home business opportunity to go with it. As for a pyramid scheme? This compensation plan is much like any other legitimate MLM company, but surpasses others in more than one aspect. Any person with some degree of knowledge, that knows how home businesses work would understand that.

I work for Purium. It is not my only job. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Teaching Physical Education. I wanted a product I could use myself and for my clients. It is a great product, the cleanest I have come across to date. I make money selling Purium products. Network marketing is one of the fastest ways to become wealthy. Unless you own your own business which I do. You work for someone who works for someone who works for someone else. Its the same concept with the exception of that, I determine how much I want to make based on my determination. You just got to get out there an be the proof that everyone sees. I have done the Transformation cleanse 3 times. I love it. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to change their eating habits. Haters are gonna hate.

"Last week I saw you and you were pretty rundown, but now you look like a whole new you!" "What ever you're doing keep up the good work." This is what caught my attention in my younger sister who was very obese, fatigue, sickly and with dangerous health issues. But now! She looks and feels great! I mean don't get me wrong, she always kept herself busy and I don't know how she could find time to rest. Her daily schedule is very demanding. But now because of PURIUM products it help give her the necessary nutrients and more including the energy to get her through the day. She says she never felt better and I like what I see what PURIUM has done for her health. And that is what makes the PROGRAM WORK. The other benefits with PURIUM is the FAT just melted off from her and her skin looks radiant. It works for her and those that shared this program with her. Its standing by the product and using it as directed in a sensible manner that will testify for its worth. The financial part is only a bonus and not the real reason why one should do this. My income is well above average, but my health wasn't. So I believe PURIUM will give me my health back.

When the product is taken as directed it will show positive results. If not followed then the results will be the fault of the recipient. Therefore the complaint should be only to the one who fails to follow simple directions. Simple as that is said.

Pyramids or Ponze schemes are not inherently negative, Social Security is a pyramid scheme and has worked well all these years despite the current trend to criticize SS. Purium is a pyramid but recruiting others is not necessary or required, I did it specifically for the health benefit and it works. I take some of supplements each month which I purchase through the website. Yes, people above me get paid because of my purchases but I do not have to recruit others just to use the product and benefit.

That person that opened this complaint really needs to get his facts straight. A little more research goes a long way and definitely the slandering can be omitted. It would've been easier on a readers assessment for that matter.. In regards to the mlm, well I've been through a whole lot! Even to the point that a "Diamond/Platinum/etc. member" would put up their own $$$ just to use my info as a distributor so they can gain a leg. With my permission of course! I find that being desperate and amusing. Gain for me but their investment knowledge is a bust.
Getting back to the product. Yes it is pricey, yes it is a commitment, & it's all about balancing your lifestyle in the end. My brother in law did the 10 day transformation and he looks amazing! Seeing is believing and that can be motivational to someone in our own community instead of seeing other pictures or testimonials from outer state. In the end, anything is achievable if we are dedicated and committed and no BS included. Regardless if its for health, financial status, family or lifestyle. You just need to find your calling.

Wow talk about some ridiculous, malicious complaint. That guy (whomever wrote the initial comment) clearly has some sort of personal issues with Amy. I totally agree with OZ, how did this post make it ... Anywhere? Grow up and deal with your issues as opposed to saying nasty things online.

And btw, a tax id number is for companies registered with the IRS. Aka any legitimate company or business will have one. They are NOT for illegals. Get an education while your at it.

ViFrenchie: I see what you mean by having to recruit people vs selling a product. I've been hesitant to jump in on this mlm due to the fact that these products seem to be more of a luxury good vs for the "average person." A bit pricy as well... I suppose if you were really passionate about health or were really sick and needed the supplementation that could justify signing up for the mlm as opposed to just purchasing. There are a lot of health freaks out there nowadays too :) Also, I think the diagram on fb is just an example of the flow down effect of any network marketing co. It's not required to sign up three or any number of people. Probably just helps people visually understand how it works.

I believe that it is a pyramid scheme because I was studying the diagram that they have on facebook and it definately gives that vibe. If I have to get three people to sign up and then each of those three have to get three people to sign up, it grows exponentially. So I would be making money off of recruiting people instead of selling a product. How disappointing. Eventually it will collapse because it will become top heavy. Like an upside down pyramid. The the above complainant could have made his complaint without being nasty and personalizing it. I thought his personal comments should have been kept to himself. He seems to have anger issues towards women.

Why in the hell does ONE 'complaint' from an ignorant ### make its way to the top of a Yahoo list is beyond me. These products WORK - which is something the complainer should do instead of writing a whole bunch of stupid comments - just because he can.
Get a life, man.
