Uhaul / ticket

I rented a u-haul truck in Dec 2011 and returned it and got my deposit back less charges I owed. In Dec. 2012 U-haul sent me a letter stating $50 for a ticket. I did not receive a ticket from anyone for anything, I sent a letter to U-haul informing them that did not get a ticket and to please explain why after year I received ticket info from them. No answer, so I though it was resolved because I did not receive any more response from them. Today I tried to rent a small moving truck from U-haul and was unable to do so because of this so called ticket I never received. So the rep at the u-haul dealer called to inquire, after being on hold for 20-30 min, I was told the department I needed to speak with was closed. I was trying to move a few pieces of furniture for my granddaughter, a single parent with no furniture . Her child is only 2 years of age.
