I called to have come look at my intermittently bad TV. They came, gave an estimate saying a main circuit board was going bad. They asked for a check to pre-pay for the repair. It was supposed to be back in a few days. Right now, I'm out of money and the TV, and they're not answering my messages.

    Same thing here. They said I needed a board, and ordered a rebuilt one. Claimed it worked for two hours and then went right back to the black screen. So now they say they need a new board ... approved that purchased but it’s been 6 weeks now and still no tv. Communication is horrible. He only returns my calls after I get nasty on voicemails. Apologizes, says he will follow up with the manufacturer as to where the part is... but never updates me. I understand you are at the mercy of the manufacture for parts but at least update your clients! I have a feeling we paid $170 for him to take our tv. Do not recommend this place.
