Do NOT use The Tub Guy aka Flawless Finish Resurfacing owed by Collin Cozza located in Plano, Texas. He advertises heavily on Craigs List for bath tub refinihsing. I hired him to refinish a bath tub. In less thatn 3 months, the bathtub finish began to crack and peel off. I called him to come and fix it, per his warranty. He said he would and make an appointment. He never showed up. After many many voice mail messages left (he never returned a single call) and talking with his wife, she made an appointment for him. He called and cancelled. Another appointment was made and he never showed up. Finally, I reached his wife again and she said that she was not going to send him out to do "free work"...I guess that is what they call warranty work. She was very rude and apparently does not care about the reputation of the company. All of this was over a period of 6 weeks. Finally I hired someone else to do the job. Of course, it cost me double, since I had to have the bathtub done again and they had to strip the poor finish that Collin Cozza did. Do NOT use Collin Cozza, The Tub Guy aka Flawless Finish Resurfacing!

Just to set the record straight out and resurfacing tubs for 20 years . I average over 1000 tubs a year. I am recommended by five star hotels as well as the historic societies from Bonhomme Texas to waxahtche From Corpus Christi to Colorado. I cannot help it If a customer has rental property and the tenant is Abusive to the resurfaced item, I.e. bathmats for suction cups replacing drain or shower wand that drop. All of these situations are covered in the care and maintenance. Or when the tub is been improperly resurfaced with Home Depot bathtub in a box and they don't want to pay to have it stripped Prior to being resurfaced. These people who are always looking for a deal or cheap cheap cheap price or favor In an attempt to save a few dollars Are generally the first ones to complain on every complaint board BBB or anywhere they can. Claiming that improper work was done. The bottom line is you get what you pay for it's an industrial spray on Coating.
