~The above address appears on all our legal documents~
~The above address is the Frier's actual mailing address ~

The Hahira Police Department & Post Office I obtained the address from Frier's attorney's office. Verified this was not a valid address. William H. Kitchens of Valdosta, GA [protected]

We closed on the house the Frier's built, and sold us, on 3 April 2006 in the office of William H. Kitchens (Frier's attorney.)

It has been 16 months (and counting) without ANY of the needs this house requires.

FRIER CORPORATION has NOT HONORED THE ONE YEAR BUILDER'S WARRANTY, in the contract signed by all parties, on 3 April 2006.

August 2007 is nearly here. After letters and MANY phone calls to the Frier's (including a phone call today) we continue to be IGNORED... as does the legally binding contract the Friar's signed.

This military family absolutely, positively DOES NOT RECOMMEND the Frier Corporation in any capacity.

They have not honored their warranty or their word.

If Anyone has information concerning the where the Friers are currently operating there business, please send a informative E-mail, as we have not been paid for work and materials performed on several of their homes sold in the Valdosta area, and I understand that several trades were shafted, as well. The Frier's just took the monies owed to hard working individuals and put it in their pockets, sold the homes and ran out of town with their tails between their legs with other people's money. I would like to locate them and make them accountable to the homeowners and the laborers who ultimately built their homes!
