The Bancorp review: employee treatment retaliation

This company let me go a week after I made a complaint about my bosses inappropriate behavior. I didn't even complain about the worst of it however they let me go. Human Resources was good enough to give me a severance and unemployment because they even said I was a good employee. it was my manager and the director of my department who made up a bold-faced lie to get me fired. I was only allowed to collect Severance if I didn't take legal action against the company and I couldn't afford not to get severance. it doesn't matter what department I was in because all of the Departments are doing the same thing: pushing people out, lying to get them fired, hiring managers and directors but none of them have employees because they're all being pushed out or running to other jobs.
