The Bancorpemployee treatment retaliation

This company let me go a week after I made a complaint about my bosses inappropriate behavior. I didn't even complain about the worst of it however they let me go. Human Resources was good enough to give me a severance and unemployment because they even said I was a good employee. it was my manager and the director of my department who made up a bold-faced lie to get me fired. I was only allowed to collect Severance if I didn't take legal action against the company and I couldn't afford not to get severance. it doesn't matter what department I was in because all of the Departments are doing the same thing: pushing people out, lying to get them fired, hiring managers and directors but none of them have employees because they're all being pushed out or running to other jobs. Indian chiefs, no indians...
