Team Quality Services is putting the Driving Public at Risk since March, 2008, by using Untrained Day Temporary Labor to inspect General Motors Parts. Their Warehouses in St. Catharine Canada Have Inspected Thousands of General Motors Oil Pans and accessories with Temporary workers and Un Calibrated Torque wrenches and tools, their Chemicals in bottles do not have MSDS Labels on them, nor does the warehouse have the basic safety lighting and escape routs posted. Lansing Grand River is making 2016 Cadillac and Camaros with parts inspected by untrained Labor Ready Temporaries. Autoliv Columbia City has at times a 15 times more labor ready temporaries than trained supervision. Millennium, Ligonier, and Multimatic in Butler, is similar with basically all Team Quality Services working sorters come from Labor Ready or Canadian Executive Search such as in Magna Belleville Canada where the staff is entirely from the temporary agency making parts to ship to most major OEM's . TQS has a habit of terminating executive staff prior to paying their bonuses and has little or no plan to ever change. Their Engineering Representative most have no degrees at all let alone engineering degrees. Team Quality Services is putting the Driving public at risk by using untrained $7.50 and hour temporaries and charging their customers $20.00 to $25.00 and hour for their services.

Based on the specific details provided in this report, it is clear to us that this review was posted by a disgruntled employee that was recently terminated for poor performance, specifically at the locations he/she listed within the review. Many of the circumstances mentioned by the reviewer are either false or exaggerated.
TQS regularly audits all warehouses and worksites to ensure necessary precautions are in place. As a provider of OSHA safety training and consultation, we place great emphasis on safe working environments for our employees and customers.
With regard to poorly trained quality engineers and representatives, Team Quality Services goes to great lengths to ensure the most adequate personnel are serving our customers. TQS also provides significant focus on continuous training and improvement for our team members. While many of our representatives DO in fact have engineering credentials, we also provide supplemental training such as Six Sigma to make sure our team members are always growing and are able to keep up with industry demands.
TQS, an A+ Accredited Business by the Better Business Bureau, strives to be an innovator in providing quality solutions, containment, and peace of mind to our customers across North America. It’s disappointing to see libelous claims made by those that didn’t share our team’s vision.
