My brother recently opened his first online store and wanted to make the view of the store more reputable and colourful. He hired the company Sunray Web Solutions. He was shocked, because he gave them one month, but the staff hasn’t even started to work on their web design. Terrible services and attitude, but he already paid him. But now he started to struggle for refund. Be careful with this company and better don’t rely for 100%.

I have been working with Ravi (Partner of Sunray) on our website for almost a year. At the beginning he would boast how good his SEO company was and made promises of delivering 1st page of Google for our 20 keywords. I ask him what would happen if Sunray Web Solutions did not deliver on their promise. Ravi said I guarantee that all your 20 keywords will be on the 1st page of Google or we will work for free until that goal is achieved or give your money back.
My last email to Ravi, “When we started this process with you. There was guarantee of the 1st page of Google in 4 months and if that was not met you would continue for free as part of our signed agreement. However, it looks to me that after 4 months your SEO team just stop working on our website and NONE of our keywords were on the 1st page of Google. It doesn’t feel like your company is living up to your commitments."
His response was "Zzzzz (crickets chirping)" nobody is home as he is in India. Lesson Learned, if it's too good to be true, it's probably a scam. BTW- Ravi did offer to make my keywords 1st page of Google if I submit additional payment. This after I made an agreement which he signed and made prior payments... What can you do, he's in India, something to think about when you want to work with this company.
