Not a single positive comment has ever been posted concerning Justice William J. Kent. The man allowed custody to be given to an active drug abuser, after two trips to rehabs, drug arrest and termination from the Postal Service. Clearly failed to read submitted motion proceedings which he is trusted and paid to do. Nothing good can be said about this shell of a person, he is deaf blind and dumb! Along with his Secretary: Darlene Cammarata-Jautze who looks as though she abuses drugs and Law Clerk: Matthew M. Deedy with his uncontrollable facial movements.
"In GOD We Trust" must be removed and replaced with "Disney land" what a bunch of shiftless useless individuals.
Kent appoints a forensic evaluator who over lo0ks the child's mother's substance abuse. This person is a sleaze, personal titles do not impress. Forensic evaluators must be removed as part of divorce matters, see thelizlibary.org. Do not give up, the truth will always prevail, expose these unethical, deceitful people. The forensic evaluator appointed for my matter had the Gaul to wear a Crucifix of Christ around her neck!

Why is Judge Kent permitted to grant Chas Cancellare with many privately paid contracts as a Law Guardian? many Law Guardians are charging the parties in excess of $ 300.000 per hour for doing what?... I know...NOTHING. How much of that money is coming back to Judge Kent?

I absolute agree with the comments stated above. Law guardians are paid $150.00 per hour. So It must be true that he is receiving kick backs. I had a case with him several years ago and he stated right in the Court room that he hated veterans. People who served their country which I am sure he never served or any one of his family members. He took me for everything I had and I was told my wife had a license to steal do to her illness. my future wife worked for an attorney for many many years and knows for a fact that the Law Guardians do not make that kind of money. He is also involved with a fraudulent acts with attorneys as well. Who ever contributes to his campaigning. I am sorry you had to suffer like I have. I am sixty four and still trying to rebuild my life. They would not ever look at my wife's pension and retirement fund which I received nothing. It was all hidden and a cover up. I he will continue to do so as long as he is chambers. He also is very much involved with Marion T. McNulty who also never bothered to read my papers because I was pro se' and my adversary blatently committed perjury. It was in black and white and right before her very eyes and still denied me my legal rights and took advantage of a Pro Se' litigant as if it were a joke. She must be reported to for not reading the papers and doing what is just and proper and letting an attorney perjurer himself and get away with it.

Take a Hike mentions Americans for Judicial Reform. The next meeting of that group is on Tuesday March 2 at 7pm. The meeting will be held at the Plainview-Old Bethpage Public Library. It would be great to see some of you there. I have already met other people who have had issues with Judge Kent at the meetings.
We should really consider sending complaints to the NYS Commission on Judicial Conduct at one time. Individually they might get lost, but receiving several or many at once might get some notice.
Judge william kent should be removed from the bench I lost custody of my son for no just cause he put my son with an abusive father no forensics were done my sons adhd odd behavioral problems not addressed in his fathers custody my sons problems were not addressed and he did worse a pins petition turned into a custody issue without me being served. A court proceeding took place without my knowledge I think a class action suit should be brought against this incompitent juge I would gladly be part of it there is enough proof to start this action Rosemary K.
