I am very disappointed
I learned this lesson: always read the reviews before buying something online.
If I had read the reviews, I would have never ordered anything from them and would be sitting at home writing bad feedbacks.
I placed my order two months ago, paid for an expedited shipping and it never arrived. I feel so unfair. They offered nothing to make me feel better. I don't know what happened to the order on its way to the post office. Maybe it was seized at customs, maybe it was just lost or maybe they have never shipped it. It really doesn't matter. If they offered me an alternative I would be more than happy, because it would be right and fair.
But unfortunately, I am out of money without any customer service provided. And it's appalling, to be honest...
Seems like a scam
I have made an order here and ordered some stamps from Stamping Out Loud website. After I paid I received a payment confirmation message but there was no tracking number. Two weeks passed and I decided to contact Stamping Out Loud and ask about my order status. They replied with an automated message stating that my order was processed.
Another two weeks passed and they said the same thing. I found their phone number, but every time I called no one picked up. Seems like a scam!
We are now under new ownership! I am very sorry with your disappointment with the previous owners. As the new owner I am striving to have excellent products along with excellent customer service. ~Wendy
