Unethical treatment of employees

All smoke and mirrors. Not a real agency. All they know is direct mail and they can't even keep dm clients. Do not be fooled by this group. Independently owned and operated my a mom and her two sons and the moms pet, a CFO who is a huge a hole. The employee and customer churn is huge. And why? Because they are a fear-based organization that manages through intimidation and does not empower their employees to make decisions and effectively manage their work.

I agree. I know of at least 6 other people who have complained about extraordinarily long work hours, being belittled and spoken to in an inappropriate way, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, emotional distress, and very poor management.

Wait a minute. An agency? How can u call your company an agency when you have 1 creative production artist in the entire shop and no writers or artists want to work with your company because there is no vision?

Gloria Robbins should win an academy award for her performances. She is a liar, an unethical businesswoman and probably an unethical and phoney friend to many. She is not particularly smart in this integrated marketing industry (as a matter of fact, she can't make a decision on her own unless she has 10 meetings with her son and her CFO). She is allowing poor, poor decisions to be made by them that will bury the agency in the very near future. Agency lacks strategic marketing and creative solution expertise. This is evident by the lack of clients they have on their roster. The work on their site is very outdated and the results from that work are poor. They haven't had a new client in over 2+ years. The CFO is a joke and should have the title of "Official Point Size and Rule Strategist" for the agency. He walks around checking in with everyone every 15 minutes (holding his "migraine" head), and then at 10:00 p.m. screams that if it wasn't for him getting everyone on the same page, the project wouldn't get out the door. I don't care how hungry you are, you will know within 48 hours that you made a HUGE mistake taking on a job with this company.

Thank you for your reviews. I was about to make the biggest mistake of my life and go for an interview.
