Snowboardmaterials.com / Bad service

The business is located in California and does business online. I ordered materials through their websit on December 16th and they charged my credit card on December 17th. Today is January 10th and I still do not have my products and I am beginning to wonder if I am going to receive what I paid for nearly a month ago?

They did e-mail on January 3rd and told me they had moved and unfortunately had not shipped my order before their move and that they would ship it by Friday, January 5th by express mail which means I should have the materials by today at the latest if not earlier this week.

Now, they have not shipped it and they are asking me for information they claim they tried to ask in a previous e-mail on the size of the sidewalls I ordered...which did not come through in their online order form.

I believe that this should have been a question they asked before they charged my credit card, when they looked at my order and I should have my snowboard materials by now!

I am very unsatisfied and I warn any other consumers out there that are looking for snowboard materials be prepared to wait for your items and also be prepared to part with your money a month before you actually receive the items you ordered.
