The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

To whom it may concern,

I already cancelled my order because it was not delivered to the recipinet and yet still had billed in my standard chartered credit card. it was charged by WP-Right Florist P Kolkata GB amounted US$74.70 or S$109.16. I email them to revert this transaction on my credit card but they don't reply lately.

This company recieved full payment from online, sent me an email that everything has been processed successfully, then emails me again that they lost all delivery information.

I emailed them the full details, and waited but they did not reply to my email at all to say that they recieved it. I emailed them again and sent the details yet again and still they failed to communicate with me.

I checked the online status order today, a day before delivery in Singapore and they have not processed anything.

All of this, and they have already recieved my full payment. They have no means of communicating with me other than via email and will very likely get away with fraud and recieving money under the guise of being a flower shop.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. They are a scam. They process your order, you get a confirmation from an Indian email address (donot-reply@rightflorist.co.in). Flowers never get delivered and you never hear from them again. Dont be sucked in!

Singaporeflowershop.com is a fraud!

I am also a victim of this website disguising themselves as an eligible flowershop base in singapore. I ordered a flower from their website using credit card. After placing my order i immediately submitted what i have ordered. The following day Feb. 12 they emailed me back saying that they have processed the transaction successfully and all of the details of my order was also mentioned. But when the big day arrived, which is Valentines Day! My wife didn't receive anything from this SingaporeFlowershop and up to this point not a single flower is received. I already emailed this flowershop, and they haven't replied me yet
