I received email from the company Singapore Company Register Pte Ltd. They told me to verify the company’s address or our data would be deleted from database. I provided them all required info, but these ### charged my account for $500. After that they never replied to my emails. I want to find other deceived customers, who provided information and lost money. Please, post your comments. We need to stop these ###.
Hi twodogsroberts, I experienced the same thing. Anything we can do to file a formal complaint and stop these scammers?
Company Register Pte. Ltd. makes themselves out to be the website where you renew your company registration. I received a notice from them last year and thought the amount was quite steep, but paid it because I didn't have time to look at the details. A couple of weeks ago I returned to Singapore from my annual holidays and had an invoice from them for SGD 490. This time I paid attention and it's for a "subscription fee" ... not my company registration renewal. What a scam outfit. I think someone in the Singapore Government (or at ACRA) needs to look into these guys and their business practices.
