$110 pink tourmaline bracelet
I posted yesterday. To recap--a stone fell out shortly after receiving it.
I emailed them. No response.
On 8/3 I mailed the bracelet back. Still nothing.
Early this morning, 8/28/17 I called them at their Brooklyn location. The phone rang 5 times before their recorder picked up. I left the required information. Six hours later...still nothing...

I had a very bad experience with Silverspeck. I was thinking that I was buying from Walmart but actually I made my purchase via this third party seller called Silverspeck.
When I received my item I was not satisfied with the quality and contacted Walmart and they said that they had nothing to do with my order and only then I realized that I was dealing with Silverspeck. I contacted them and they offered me a refund but said that I have to send the necklace back at my own expense. I did that and since then Silverspeck stopped replying. I have no idea what is going on or what should I do now. They still have my money and I don't know how to get it back!
Bad-quality jewellery and complete disregard
Don’t order jewellery from www.silverspeck.com, because the quality was terrible and my earrings broke after 3 days. The seller refused to do anything about it. He simply ignored me and replied only once, when he informed me that they wouldn’t refund. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller...
