short sale review: Unessary Foreclsoure- Discrimination 1

I have had severe hardship. Provident Bank has chosen to deny my short sale request for very poor reasons. They are claiming multiple reasons. Some of the reasons appear prejudice and I am being forced into a foreclosure based upon the assumptions and poor choices. They have told me because I am a realtor and my real estate office is handling the short sale, this is not an arm’s length transaction. I have a hired third party representing my listing, Victoria Ovieda whom I am not related to in any way. Also, the buyer’s real estate agent is employed Redfin Corporation, Provident told me that Redfin Corp. is not a valid real estate company. This is not true, they are licensed by the Department of Real Estate and have over 170 agents, DRE [protected]. I am being treated unfairly and need assistance.
