restaurant Lai Kong review: Over charge for food 1

I went to this food stall Penang Special Pork Noodle at Sunway Mentari Restaurant Lai Kong on 22/12/2014. I order a bowl of pork noodle at it charge me RM 9.00 . It not my first time order from this food stall, and it was my 3rd time . I did question the foreigner who manage this stall, and why each time I order different price and you didn't put price of each bowl. He told me that it was he like to charge how much he like. Today can be RM 9.00 and tomorrow can be RM 6 and next day can be RM 10 .The only thing I feel unhappy it was no price was show and it unfair for consumer and each bowl to be charge according to his like. It feel cheated and unreasonable hike on food price. I hope action could be taken on this stall and the cleanest of this food court are unacceptable and table around the five foot road and parking lot. im here to attached photo of the stall which I did ask him show price tag next time but answer given by him. I charge as I like and you go complaint as you like. Please respond on action taken on him Thank you,
